摘　　要：针对公共基础设施项目PPP模式选择的问题,从政府、私人、项目3个角度选取了12个指标,构建了PPP项目融资模式评价指标体系,通过信息熵的方法计算了各指标的权重,并将Grey和Topsis集成,建立了PPP模式比选模型,最后以青岛市某公租房项目PPP模式选择为例验证了该模型的可行性.In view of the problem of PPP mode selection of public infrastructure projects,12 indexes are selected from three aspects：government,private and project.The PPP project financing model evaluation index system is established in the paper.The weight of each index is calculated by the method of information entropy.The model is built by Topsis and Grey.The feasibility of the model is verified by the PPP model selection of a public rental housing project in Qingdao.
