俞募配穴按摩法联合耳穴压豆对脑卒中后便秘患者临床效果的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨俞募配穴按摩法联合耳穴压豆治疗脑卒中后便秘患者的临床疗效。方法将130例脑卒中后便秘患者随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在给予常规护理的同时联合使用俞募配穴按摩法、耳穴压豆这两种中医疗法,比较两组患者通便效果以及腹胀、腹泻、再便结等不良反应的发生率。结果试验组干预后便秘症状总分明显比对照组低,试验组干预后便秘症状各分项评分也低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组在治疗期间发生再便结、腹泻、腹痛的几率明显高于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论俞募配穴按摩法联合耳穴压豆在治疗脑卒中后患者便秘方面有着确切的疗效。Objective To explore the curative effect of the Shu and-Mu point massage and ear acupoint bean pressing on constipation in stroke patients.Methods 130 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into the control and the experimental groups.The control group received conventional care and the experimental group received conventional care combined with the Shu-Mu point massage and ear acupoint bean pressing.The laxative effect and the occurrence rate of bloating,diarrhea and reconstipation were observed and compared.SPSS17.0statistical software was used in our study to analysis data.Results The constipation symptom scores and sub-scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control groups（P 〈0.05）.During the treatment,the incidences of abdominal pain,diarrhea and the reconsipation were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The Shu-Mu point massage and ear acupoint bean pressing can effectively prevent constipation in stroke patients.
