印片细胞学与快速冰冻联合在甲状腺肿瘤术中病理诊断价值

摘　　要：目的分析印片细胞学与快速冰冻在甲状腺肿瘤术中病理诊断方面的价值。方法病例来源为整群选取该院外科行手术治疗的甲状腺肿瘤患者,共50例。对患者临床资料展开回顾分析,并以石蜡切片诊断结果为评估标准,对单纯印片细胞学、单纯快速冰冻切片、以及印片细胞学联合快速冰冻切片对甲状腺肿瘤的术中病理诊断结果进行对比分析。结果单纯印片细胞学对甲状腺肿瘤的术中病理诊断准确率为86.00%(43/50);单纯冰冻切片对甲状腺肿瘤的术中病理诊断准确率为84.00%(42/50);印片细胞学联合快速冰冻对甲状腺肿瘤的术中病理诊断准确率为98.00%(49/50)。组间数据对比,印片细胞学联合快速冰冻对对甲状腺肿瘤的术中病理诊断准确率明显高于其他两种方法 ,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将印片细胞学与快速冰冻切片法联合应用于对甲状腺肿瘤的术中病理诊断,可相互弥补,减少误诊率,提高术中病理快速诊断的准确性。Objective To analyze the pathological diagnosis value of printed cytology combined with fast frozen in thyroid tumor operation. Methods 50 cases of patients with thyroid tumor operation？in the surgical department of our hospital from February 2015 to September 2015 were selected, the clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed, the patho- logical diagnosis results of the simple printed cytology, simple fast frozen sections and printed cytology combined with fast frozen sections in thyroid tumor operation were compared and analyzed. Results The pathological diagnosis accuracy rates of the simple printed cytology, fast frozen and printed cytology combined with fast frozen in thyroid tumor operation were re- spectively 86.00% （43/50）, 84.00% （42/50） and 98.00% （49/50）, the data showed that the pathological diagnosis accuracy rate of printed cytology combined with fast frozen sections was obviously higher than that of the other two methods, and the difference was obvious with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Printed cytology combined with fast frozen sections in the application of pathological diagnosis in thyroid tumor operation can make up for each other, decrease the misdiag- nosed rate and improve the accuracy of pathological rapid diagnosis in operation.
