鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗真菌性鼻窦炎48例临床探讨

摘　　要：目的对48例患者进行鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗真菌性鼻窦炎临床效果进行探讨。方法从该院2013年1月—2015年6月收治的鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗的真菌性鼻窦炎中选择48例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析患者的临床表现、鼻窦CT病变特征和治疗效果。结果经分析发现,鼻窦CT扫描结果为48例患者的鼻窦腔内均有病灶,经手术治疗后,所有患者的病变组织中均能发现霉菌菌丝或孢子,48例患者的临床分型都为非侵袭性FS。术后随访可知治愈率为89.58%,显效率为10.42%。结论鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗真菌性鼻窦炎是目前较为先进的治疗方法,也是临床中首选方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in treatment of 48 cases with fnngal si- nusitis. Methods 48 cases of patients with fungal sinusitis admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were selected, and the clinical data of them were retrospectively analyzed, the clinical manifestations, pathological characteristics of paranasal sinus CT and treatment effects of the patients were analyzed. Results The paranasal sinus CT result showed that 48 cases were with focus in the nasal cavity, after operative treatment, the fungal hyphae or spore could be found in the lesion tissues of all patients, the clinical classification of 48 cases of patients was non-invasive FS, the postoperative follow-up showed that the cure rate was 89.58% and the marked effective rate was 10.42%. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery in treatment of fungal sinusitis is an advanced treatment method at present, and it also is a preferred method in clinic.
