奥卡西平单药治疗儿童颞叶癫痫的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析奥卡西平单药治疗儿童颞叶癫痫的临床疗效,为临床治疗儿童颞叶癫痫的治疗方案提供借鉴。方法整群选取2013年12月—2015年6月期间到该院儿科住院治疗的儿童颞叶癫痫患者144例,随机分为对照组(72例)和治疗组(72例),对照组给予丙戊酸钠治疗,治疗组给予奥卡西平治疗,比较治疗后两组患者临床治疗有效率、不良反应及癫痫发作频率等。结果治疗组的患者临床治疗有效率为83.33%,对照组为79.17%,整体上对照组患者不良反应发生率与治疗组差异无统计学意义,治疗6个月和12个月时对照组患者癫痫发作频率与治疗组相比差异无统计学意义,统计学处理后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥卡西平单药治疗儿童颞叶癫痫的临床疗效好,且不良反应发生率低,较安全,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical curative effect of single medicine of oxcarbazepine in treatment of children temporal epilepsy to provide reference for the treatment plan of children temporal epilepsy in clinic. Methods 144 cases of children with temporal epilepsy treated in our hospital from December 2013 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 72 cases in each, the control group were treated with sodium valpmate, the treatment group were treated with oxcarbazcpine, the clinical treatment effective rates, adverse reactions and frequencies of epilepsy seizures of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results The clinical treatment effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and 79.17% in the control group, overall, there was no obvious difference in the incidence rate between the control group and the treatment group, there was obvious difference in the frequency of epilepsy seizures after 6 months and 12 months of treatment between the control group and the treatment group, and the differences were not obvious after statistical treatment, P〉0.05. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of single medicine？of oxcarbazepine？in treatment of children temporal epilepsy is good with low incidence rate of adverse reactions, and it is safe and is worth clinical promotion and application.
