摘　　要：1型糖尿病的患病率呈不断上升趋势,对于1型糖尿病的关注从既往以儿童、青少年为重点延伸到成人1型糖尿病的管理。1型糖尿病和2型糖尿病由于发病机制不同,其临床表现、诊断、治疗、并发症及合并疾病方面均存在差异,因而对1型糖尿病需采取不同的临床措施。近年来1型糖尿病领域的临床及科研进展也为1型糖尿病的管理提供了许多新的循证依据。Summary The prevalence of type 1 diabetes mellitus is on the rising trend. Focuses of management of type 1 diabetes have being changed from children and adolescents to adults. Due to the different pathogenesis, the clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and complications of T1DM and T2DM are different, so it is necessary to take different clinical measures, especially for T1DM. In recent years, the clinical and scientific research progresses in the field of T1DM have provided many new evidences to help better manage T1DM.
