摘　　要：1型糖尿病(T1DM)是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病,暂无有效的治愈方法。在临床诊断前数个月甚至数年可在患者外周血中检测到胰岛自身抗体,使得T1DM的预测和预防成为可能。文章就近几年在T1DM的预测及预防方面的最新进展进行概述。Type 1 diabetes mellitus （TIDM） is an chronic autoimmune disease with no curative treatment. Diabetes-relates autoantibodies can be measured in a patient＇s peripheral blood before the time of diagnosis, and measurement of islet autoantibodies has made T1DM a predictable disease, This paper will make a review of the latest progress in the prediction and prevention of T1DM.
