摘 要:先进高强度钢是保证汽车轻量化而又提高安全性能的基础结构材料。淬火分离钢是近几年为满足汽车工业对高强度、高塑性钢板的需求而开发研制的含有残余奥氏体的低碳低合金先进高强度钢。通过数值模拟的方法对某车型前门QP980钢铰链柱和DP590钢铰链柱的成形性进行了分析。结果表明:QP980钢拥有和DP590钢相当的延展性能,但其回弹远大于DP590钢;此外,QP980钢的数值模拟预测结果对屈服准则选取的敏感性明显大于DP590钢的数值模拟预测结果对屈服准则选取的敏感性。Advanced high strength steel is the basic structural material which ensures the lightweight of automobile and improves the safety performance. Quenching and partitioning steel is recently developed a low carbon and low alloy high strength steel with retained austenite to meet the demand of high strength and high plastic steel plate in automobile industry. The formabilities of QP980 steel hinge pillar and DP590 steel hinge pillar were analyzed by numerical simulation method. The results show that QP980 steel has a considerable ductility compared with DP590 steel, hut its springback is much greater than that of DP590 steel. Moreover, the sensitivity of the numerical simulation results of QP980 steel to the selection of yield criteria is significantly greater than that of DP590 steel.
