摘 要:用不同的循环球化退火工艺对Q235Y0.1钢结构材料进行热处理,并进行显微组织、力学性能的测试与分析。结果表明:Q235Y0.1材料优选二次循环球化退火工艺。与常规退火相比,二次循环球化退火后的Q235Y0.1等效晶粒尺寸减小44.6%,抗拉强度增加26.5%,屈服强度增加43.3%,断后伸长率增加45.3%,冲击吸收功增加84.8%。Q235Y0.1 steel structure material were heat treated with different cyclic spheroidizing annealing process. Test and analysis of microstructure and mechanical properties were done. The results show that the optimum heat treatment process of Q235Y0.1 is secondary cyclic spheroidizing annealing process. Compared with conventional annealing process, the equivalent grain size of Q235Y0.1 after secondary cyclic spheroidizing annealing decreases by 44.6%, the tensile strength increases by 26.5%, the yield strength increases by 43.3%, the break elongation increases by 45.3% and the impact absorption power increases by 84.8%.
