摘 要:对失效的气压机入口管线排凝引出短接的材质、结构和工况进行分析,并进行宏观形貌的观察。对相关部件进行化学成分和金相组织分析。对腐蚀表面进行能谱分析及腐蚀产物进行X射线衍射分析,对焊缝与法兰的电化学腐蚀试验进行对比分析。结果表明:由于法兰材质中№含量的超标,气压机入口管线排凝引出短接法兰一侧焊缝热影响区耐腐蚀性下降。在H_2S、水蒸气、HCl和CO_2等腐蚀介质的综合作用下,法兰侧发生快速腐蚀,导致气压机入口管的短接腐蚀失效。The material, structure and working condition of disabled air pressure inlet pipe condensate discharge nipple were analyzed. The macro-morphology of the sample was observed. The chemical composition and metallographic structure of related parts were analyzed. The EDS analysis of the corrosion surface was carried out. The XRD analysis on the corrosion products was also carried out. The electrochemical corrosion experiments of weld seam and flange were analyzed. The results show that because of the excessive level of Mn in the material, the corrosion resistance of heat affect zone of flange side of the nipple of condensate discharge of gas compressor inlet pipeline decreases. Under the combined effect of H2S, water vapor, HCl and CO2 and other corrosive media, the rapid corrosion of the flange side occurs, which can lead to the nipple corrosion failure of gas pressure inlet pipe.
