摘　　要：治疗大面积烧伤的首要任务就是及时有效地封闭创面来预防创面脓毒血症的发生、发展。所以寻找和研究有效地创面覆盖方式也是近年来大面积烧伤研究的热点，随着材料科学及技术的进步，皮肤替代物的种类也越来越多，本文就近年来国内外大面积烧伤的皮肤替代物的研究做一简单综述。The most important thing for the treatment of large area burned patients is to effectively cover the wound in time to prevent the occurrence and development of wound sepsis. Therefore, searching for the effective wound closure approach is the hot spot of research of large area burn treatment in recent years. There are more and more kinds of skin substitutes along with the progress of material science and technology. In this paper, we review the research on skin substitutes of large area burn treatment in China and abroad.
