论杨善洲的职业道德的精髓及其渊源

摘　　要：杨善洲身上体现了公务员优秀的职业道德,其职业道德的精髓对于公务员队伍构建优秀的职业道德具有榜样示范作用;通过把中国共产党的优良传统与杨善洲职业道德中的点滴事件相对比,认为杨善洲职业道德的精髓是忠于祖国、忠于人民,遵纪守法、依法执政,清正廉洁、艰苦奋斗,忠诚老实、实事求是;其精髓渊源于中国共产党的誓言、党纪与法治、传统与作风和思想路线。Yang Shanzhou best reflects the professional ethics of civil servants, and the essence of which has a demonstration function for developing the professional ethics of all the civil servants in China. Through comparing the good traditions of the CPC and the/professional ethics of Yang Shanzhou, the author concludes that the essence of Yang Shanzhou＇s professional ethics is loyalty to the country and people, observing the law, honest, hardworking, as well as seeking truth from facts; the origin of which is the oath of the CPC, laws and regulations, tradition and style, and ideology.
