商业银行社会责任绩效评价体系的构建与应用

摘　　要：本文根据利益相关者理论构建了商业银行社会责任绩效评价体系,包括6个一级指标和20个二级指标,应用层次分析法对指标赋权,并以16家上市银行2012—2014年的数据为样本进行了研究。研究发现:一是上市银行平均社会责任绩效水平呈现出与规模相符的情形;二是三种性质商业银行的社会责任绩效水平发展趋势相近,呈增长态势;三是我国上市银行社会责任绩效内部结构不均衡。Based on the stakeholder theory, this paper establishes the social responsibility performance evaluation system of commercial banks, which includes 6 first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators. And it applies ana- lytic hierarchy process method to find out the weight. Using the data from 16 listed banks from 2012 to 2014, it is found that firstly, the average social responsibility performance of listed commercial banks is in conformity with the bank size. Secondly, the development trend of the social responsibility performance of these three kinds of commercial banks is in analogously growth. Thirdly, the development of the internal structure of the social responsibility perfor- mance of listed banks in China is imbalanced.
