柔性环保防火电缆的研制

摘　　要：研制了一种新型柔性环保防火电缆。该电缆在普通电缆的缆芯外增加一层陶瓷化硅橡胶内护套层。陶瓷化硅橡胶是由硅橡胶基料添加无机硅粉末填充物、磁化粉、结构控制剂和其他的助剂材料混炼而成,该材料通常状态下呈现硅橡胶的特性,经750℃以上的火焰烧蚀后陶瓷化硅橡形成坚硬的陶瓷化防火保护层,从而隔绝火焰,并可在火灾情况下保证系统安全运行。A new type of flexible and environmentally fire resistant cable was prepared.The cable is added with a layer of ceramic silicon rubber inner sheath layer outside the cable core.The ceramic silicone rubber is made from silicone rubber base material with inorganic silicon powder filler,magnetic powder,structural control agent and other auxiliary materials which often show the characteristics of silicon rubber.After flame ablation at 750℃,the ceramic silicon rubber is formed into a hard ceramic fire protection layer to isolate the flame,and can guarantee the safe operation of the system in case of fire.
