摘  要:四合一式空冷塔由脱硫塔、湿式除尘器、烟囱和原始空冷塔组合而成。以某2×660 MW间接空冷机组的四塔合一式空冷塔为模型,通过CFD模拟,在空冷塔变工况条件下,分析了环境温度、热负荷、自然风速、风向和百叶窗角度等因素对换热的影响。计算结果表明,调节迎风侧百叶窗的角度,可明显提高四塔合一式空冷塔的通风量。The four in one type air cooling tower is composed of desulfurization tower, wet precipitator, chimney and original tower. Use a four in one type indirect air cooled tower of a 2 × 660 MW unit as research model, the influences of temperature, thermal load, natural wind speed, wind direction, angle of louvers upon the heat transfer of the tower were investigated under the condition of variable working condition through CFD simulation. The results show that adjusting the angle of louvers on the wind side can obviously increase the ventilation of the four in one type air cooling tower.
