摘 要:通过试验,实现火电机组的煤耗排序,是国家倡导节能发电的重要方式。在试验过程中,汽轮机过桥漏汽量的处理方式将影响煤耗排序的结果。分析了目前两种主要的过桥漏汽量处理方式,提出其存在问题及不适合煤耗排序试验的原因。同时,提出一种基于基准值的过桥漏汽量处理方法,经推导计算,该处理方式既简单又不增加试验费用,具有明显的节能效果。It is an important method for the national advocacy of energy-saving power generation to achieve coal consumption sorting of the thermal power unit by test. Steam turbine bridge steam leakage treatment will affect the coal consumption sorting result in the test. This paper analyzes the current two main steam leakage treatment methods, putting forward the existing problems and reasons, which are not suitable for coal sort test, and then puts forward their problems and the reasons why the two methods are not suitable for the sorting test of coal consumption. Meanwhile, a method based on basic value amount of steam leakage treatment is put forward. The approach is simple and does not increase the test cost, it also saves energy significantly through derivation calculation.
