摘　　要：介绍了以单片机为核心的20脚以内的简易数字IC逻辑功能测试仪的软硬件系统,主要设计了测试仪接口电路及芯片的驱动转换电路,并对20脚以内的数字IC测试向量与编码进行了优化设计,解决了数字实验最常用的IC逻辑功能测试的问题.Based on the core of single-chip microcomputer,the thesis introduces simple digital IC logic function within 20 pins tester＇s hardware and software systems.The main designing of the tester interface circuit and chip driver conversion circuit,in addition,within 20 pins of digital IC tester vectors and encodings are optimized.Moreover,the most commonly used digital IC logic function testing questions are resolved.
