摘　　要：在塔里木油田KSX井打捞过程中,首先制订了"可进可退"、不发生次生事故的总体打捞原则,然后在打捞过程中认真"会诊",根据井下情况变化实时调整打捞方案。经过磨修鱼头、反扣内外捞相结合等10趟钻打捞,最终成功达到打捞目的。该井的成功打捞,创造了塔里木油田多项纪录(井深、井温及井底压力为塔里木油田打捞井首例),为油田类似井的后续打捞作业积累了丰富经验。The application of small hole fishing technology of Tarim Oilfield super HD and HTHP gas well in KSX is introduced. The general fishing rules which are be free to run to fish as well as pull out and no secondary accident are confirmed for this well at the beginning. Then during the fishing operation,according to the downhole conditions,the fishing plan is calibrated at any times after the careful field communication and discussion. Through 10 runs of milling and repairing TOF and left hand in-and-out fishing,the fishing operation is finally successful. The success of the well creates several records of Tarim Oilfield including fishing well depth,well temperature and well downhole pressure,and accumulates rich experience for the fishing operation of follow-up similar wells.
