摘 要:以应村水库为例,结合日常应用需求,设计了该洪水预报调度系统的总体架构,结合流域下垫面和水库工程特性,选择新安江模型进行入库洪水预报,选择水位控制、出库控制和指令调度模型进行水库调洪演算.在此基础上,采用B/S模式开发完成了预报调度系统,实现了实时水雨情、水雨情查询、洪水预报调度等功能.Yingchun Reservoir is a medium -sized reservoir, whose function is mainly for electric power generation, flood control and irrigation. The overall prediction of reservoir dispatching system configuration is put forward in this paper, according to the features of the basin underlying surface, and the applicable model for flood forecasting and reservoir regulation is also selected, combined with the daily regimen and business needs. Meanwhile, the main function of flood forecasting and dispatching systems is described based on B/S Mode.
