摘 要:以"三条红线"为基准,选取影响区域水安全的水量控制、用水效率控制、水质控制为3个准则层形成17个评价指标,建立区域水安全评价评价指标体系,浙江省2005-2014年的水安全状况进行了评价分析,认为该期间浙江省水安全处于不稳定状态,总体偏向于临界安全程度.Based on the restraint of the most strict water resources management system, so-called the "three red lines", the regional water security evaluation index system, including 17assessment criteria, was constructed, and the regional water security assessment level was determined by distance index AHP method. Using the regional water security evaluation index system which was established based on "three red lines " , the water security situation of Zhejiang Province between 2005-- 2014 can be analyzed and evaluated. The research shows during this period, the water security situation of Zhejiang Prov- ince will be in an unstable state.
