摘　　要：设计了一套基于变频法的介质损耗测量原理样机,对装置的高压变频信号源、高压端信号取样和隔离变换、直流稳压电源、单片机控制采样测量等主要电路进行了分析和设计。原理样机的实验表明,所设计的装置有助于评估电气设备的绝缘情况。A set of dielectric loss measuring principle prototype is designed by frequency variation method, and main circuit of high-voltage variable frequency signal source module, signal sampling and isolation module in high-voltage end, DC stable voltage source module, single chip control module are analyzed. The experimental results show that the prototype can be used in insulation assessment.
