摘　　要：结合公私合营(public-private partnership,PPP)项目特点构建PPP项目特有的目标体系,运用灰色关联度分析方法分析PPP项目目标之间的关联度.首先,经过分析研究得出PPP项目目标体系包括质量、进度、成本、风险合理分担等八大目标体系.其次,运用灰色关联分析方法分析PPP项目目标关联度,具体介绍了灰色关联度分析法的基本原理以及计算步骤.最后结合具体案例分析PPP项目目标之间的关联度.The objectives system of PPP project was built by combining with the characteristics of public-private partnership（PPP）project.Then the gray correlation analysis method was used to analyze the correlation between the PPP project.Firstly,the PPP project target system includes quality schedule,cost,risk sharing and other eight objectives system.Secondly,the basic principle and the calculation steps of the gray relational analysis method of the gray correlation degree analysis were introduced and then used in the analysis of the PPP project objectives.Finally the specific case was selected to analyze the relationship between the PPP project objectives.
