角钢成品孔存在的问题及改进

摘  要:角钢成品孔型的设计直接关系到成品的质量,同时对矫直效果、调整难度、轧机调整、负差控制等都有很大影响。尤其是角钢的成品容易出现尺寸超差的质量问题。通过轧制角钢的生产实践,对成品孔进行了改进,将成品孔顶角放大1°~1°20';根据腿部的磨损情况,腿厚适当增加0.2~0.5 mm。通过改进,完全满足角钢生产和质量的要求。提高了轧辊的轧制吨位和经济效益。The design of pass design for finished angle steel product has a direct relation with the finished product quality,and a great influence on straightening effect,adjust difficulty,mill regulation and negative tolernace control. Especially,quality problem of over size tolerance is frequently occurred on finished angle steel product. In the practice to roll angle steel,the finished product pass is improved: its point angle expanded to 1° to 1°20',leg thickness appropriately increased by 0. 2 to 0. 5 mm according to the leg abrasion.With the improvement the pass completely meets the requirements from angle steel production and product quality,raises the rolling tonnage of roll and economic profit.
