摘　　要：调整农村经济发展结构、转换经济发展模式是我国深化农村经济改革的关键,如何找出一条适合中国国情的农村经济发展改革道路,专家学者众说纷纭。本文结合我国农村经济发展实际提出了实现农业现代化的新模式,即社会化经营。并进一步指出社会化经营模式的结构特点以及存在的可能性风险,在微观层面上提出了通过协调农民、政府、社会及市场之间的关系,来预防和避免结构性风险的出现。The key to deepening the reform of rural economy in our country is to adjust the rural economic structure and transform the development model. Concerning what is the best path of rural economic development reform which is suitable to Chinese conditions, experts have different opinions. This paper puts forward a new model of realizing agricultural modernization based on the actual conditions of rural economy in China, namely, socialized management. Then it further discusses the structural charac- teristics and possible risks of this model. At last, the paper proposes that the structural risks of socialized management can be prevented and avoided by coordinating the relationship among farmers, government, society and market.
