摘 要:以泉州湾河口湿地优势红树植物种桐花树幼苗为研究对象,分别采用酶标仪及聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳(PAGE)技术比较其营养器官根、茎、叶的SOD酶活及SOD同工酶的酶谱特性.结果发现,桐花树的营养器官中以幼叶的SOD酶活最强,根的SOD活性显著弱于茎叶;桐花树幼苗各营养器官之间SOD同工酶谱带没有特异性差异,以Cu·Zn-SOD为主,其同工酶区带与其酶活表现结果相一致,即桐花树幼苗根的SOD活力表现较弱,茎叶SOD活力表现较强.并得到了桐花树幼苗SOD同工酶的特征性酶谱,明确了其在营养器官中的差异表现特点.The SOD activities and their isoenzymic zymograms in the root,stem and leave of Aegiceras corniculatum are comparatively studied based on the microplate reader and PAGE technologies. The results show that the SOD activity of the leaf is strongest of all vegetative organs of Aegiceras cornic- ulatum seedlings,and the activity of the root is weaker than that of the stem and the leaf. There are Cu ~ Zn-SOD isozymes in Aegiceras corniculatum and there is no organ specificity of SOD isozymes existing in Aegiceras corniculatum habitated in the natural wetland condition of Quanzhou Bay.This presents a similar strong mode between SOD isozymes and SOD activity of Aegiceras corniculatum vegetative organ,that is SOD isozymes and SOD activity in the leaf and stem are stronger than those of the root.The characteristic zymograms of Aegiceras corniculatum SOD isozymes and their specific expressions in different vegetative organs have been confirmed here.
