摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记民族领域的系列讲话中的民族工作思想,形成了完整理论体系。本文研究了习近平关于民族工作的根本依据的思想、关于民族工作的根本方向和根本任务的思想、关于民族工作的根本原则和根本目标的思想,关于民族工作的制度、法律、组织、人才保障的思想,关于民族工作的根本方法的思想。习近平总书记民族工作思想的理论体系是对中国特色社会主义民族理论的丰富和发展。Since the 18th national congress of CPC,the thought on ethnic work in the series of speeches of Xi Jinping,the General Secretary on ethnic work formed a complete theoretic system. The paper studies the thought of Xi Jinping on the fundamental basis of ethnic work,fundamental direction and fundamental task on ethnic work,fundamental principle and fundamental target on ethnic work,system,law,organization and talent assurance on ethnic work,and also the fundamental method on ethnic work. The theoretic system of Xi Jinping,the General Secretary on the thought of ethnic work is the enrichment and development for the socialist ethic theory with Chinese characteristics.
