摘　　要：习近平总书记关于我国统一的多民族国家的基本国情的阐述包括多民族是我国特色、有利因素以及民族地区自然社会状况等"家底",多民族的大一统和多元一体是一笔重要的历史财富、中华民族包括各民族是一个大家庭、维护民族团结和国家统一是各民族最高利益。这些新思想、新论断、新认识,深化了党和国家对于基本国情的认知,创新发展了中国共产党的统一国家观、大一统历史观以及中华民族观,有利于各族群众树立正确的国家观、历史观和民族观,也有利于培养各族群众的爱国情怀,成为新常态下民族工作的基本国情依据。Xi Jinping,the General Secretary expounded the basic national reality that China is a uniform multinational country,including that multination is the characteristic and favorable factor of China,such ＂true situations＂as the natural and social circumstances of ethnic regions,uniform multination and integral diversification is important historical wealth,Chinese nationality including various nationalities is a large family,safeguarding national unity and national reunification is the highest benefit of all nationalities. These new thoughts,new judgment and new understanding deepen the recognition of the CPC and the country on basic national reality,innovatively develop the view of uniform nation of the CPC,uniform history view and Chinese nation view,they are favorable for the masses in various nationalities to establish a correct national view,history view and nationality view,in addition,they also help to cultivate the patriotic emotion of the masses in various nationalities,therefore,they have become the basis of fundamental national reality for ethnic work under new normal state.
