全面提高国防生核心竞争力的思考——以华南理工大学为例

摘　　要：我国自本世纪初实行国防生培养制度以来,国防生已陆续在军队各岗位上任职,并日益发挥着重要作用。如何提高国防生核心竞争力,成为摆在全体依托培养工作者面前的一项重要课题。本文以提高国防生核心竞争力为目的,选取201名在校国防生为研究对象,采用自拟问卷,对其入学动机、学习现状以及职业预期进行了分析研究,探讨了在现阶段条件下如何全面提高国防生的核心竞争力,以进一步提高国防生培养质量,促进国防生成长为融坚定的理想信念、丰富的科学文化知识、优良的创新能力和过硬的军事素质于一身的复合型军事人才。Since China initiated a system known as the Students Cultivation for National Defense in the beginning of this century,the national defense students have been joining in and serving the army year by year,playing an increasingly important role. It has become an important issue for those responsible for cultivating the national defense students to improve their core competitiveness. With such a purpose,we chose 201 national defense students on campus as subjects in the study,analyzing their motivations of becoming a national defense student,as well as their studying status and career expectations by using the method of questionnaire survey. We focus on the problem of how to comprehensively improve the core competitiveness of the national defense students in order to improve the training quality. We hope that the analysis can be helpful to the growth of national defense students so that they would become excellent military talents with firm ideal and faith,rich scientific and cultural knowledge,good ability of innovation and great military quality upon their graduation.
