摘　　要：打工文学顺应改革开放潮流产生。它是反映打工者诉求,体现现实关怀的文学。作为城市大众文化建设的重要一翼,打工文学抒发打工者内心的呐喊,并倡扬时代的奋斗精神。打工文学一方面对打工者的逐梦旅程进行现实关照,体现出城市文化富于特色的人文情怀与时代精神。另一方面,因受市场杠杆的操纵与商业时代媚俗文化的影响,打工文学在众声喧哗中以浮躁心态、商业化的制作模式与娱乐精神消解了思想的深度与批判的精神。在这城市文化双向博弈中,文艺批评工作者需对其正确引导。The employed labor literature works appeared on the tide of China＇s reform and opening up to the world. It reflects the request of the farmer workers and their realistic concerning. It becomes an important wing in the city culture construction. The labor literature works voiced their inner crying out and developing the time spirit of the struggling on one hand. The labor literature concerns the labors dream that reflects the town culture that is of rich of particular human concerning and the time spirit. On the other hand the influence by the market economy and commerce time＇s low literature. The employed labor literature lowed the depth of its thinking and their critic spirit based on the impetuous attitude on the labor workers in the noisy atmosphere and commercial operations. The literature critic workers should give the correct guidance to the employed labor literature works in the dual fighting for urban culture.
