物证技术司法鉴定概念的反思——以鉴定质量监控为背景

摘　　要：物证技术司法鉴定质量监控中出现的问题,源自对其概念的学理反思不足。反思物证鉴定司法鉴定学理概念的过程中,能够为探讨鉴定与鉴定质量监控之间的内在关系提供契机。对物证技术司法鉴定概念的反思具体可以从鉴定系统存在的正当性、鉴定任务内涵、鉴定人身份属性以及鉴定意见特性等角度展开。The reason of problems arise from the process of judicial physical evidence identification quality monitoring and controlling could be attributed to the insufficient review of the concept of the identification. By reviewing the concept would also provide a chance to discuss the relationship of judicial physical evidence identification and its quality monitoring and controlling. The reviewing pathway of the concept would along the justifiability, mission connotation, identity of examiners, and characteristics of the identification perspectives.
