血府逐瘀汤加减治疗老年性前列腺增生的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血府逐瘀汤加减治疗老年性前列腺增生的临床治疗效果。方法收集我院2013年8月至2015年8月门诊治疗的90例老年性前列腺增生患者随机分为两组,每组45例。对照组患者采取口服非那雄胺片治疗,试验组患者采取血府逐瘀汤加减治疗,比较两组患者相关临床治疗效果、治疗前后前列腺大小及直肠指检情况等。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率明显性高于对照组患者,存在明显性差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后前列腺大小情况组内比较均具有显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后,试验组患者前列腺大小显著性小于对照组患者,存在显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者治疗前后直肠指检平均度数均具有显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后,试验组患者直肠指检平均度数显著性小于对照组患者,存在显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血府逐瘀汤加减治疗老年性前列腺增生的临床治疗效果显著,具有临床治疗借鉴性意义。Objectives Objective to investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of senile benign prostatic hyperplasia by the Blood Stasis Decoction. Methods Clinical patients were randomly divided into 90 cases of senile prostatic hyperplasia from August2013 to August 2015 in our hospital outpatient treatment for the two groups,45 cases in each group. In the control group were treated by oral finasteride tablets in the treatment,the patients in the experimental group take Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect,before and after the treatment,the size of the prostate and rectum refers to the examination.Results Patients in the experimental group the total efficiency of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,there was statistically significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）; two groups of patients before and after treatment of prostate size group were significantly different,with statistical significance（ P〈 0. 01）; after the treatment,the patients in the experimental group was significantly less than the size of the prostate patients in the control group,there was a significant difference,with statistical significance（ P〈 0. 01）; two groups of patients before and after treatment of rectal examination on average were significant differences,with statistical significance（ P〈 0. 01）; after treatment,the experimental group patients with rectal examination on average significantly less than control group,there was significant difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 01）. Conclusions The clinical curative effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of senile prostatic hyperplasia significantly,have an important significance in clinical treatment.
