摘  要:分析了FM油田水处理系统存在问题,并根据水性分析,确定了该系统采用活性污泥法+膜处理水处理工艺。应用生化技术后,FM水处理站水质得到明显改善。通过一年的监测,发现水处理系统运行稳定,达到了A2级指标要求;同时整个FM区块注水压力平均下降2 MPa,年节省清水、药剂、电费等费用达86.8万元。The problems of water treatment system in FM Oilfield were analyzed. According to the analysis of water,the system was determined to adopt activated sludge process membrane water treatment technology. With the use of biochemical technology,the water quality of FM water treatment station has been significantly improved. In a year of monitoring,the water treatment system ran stably,reaching the A2 level indicators. At the same time,the average water injection pressure of the entire FM block decreased by 2 MPa. The cost of saving water,electricity and other chemicals achieved 868 thousand RMB yuan.
