摘 要:以4年生灵武长枣为试验材料,采用红外线辐射器控制模拟大气升温环境,自动灌溉系统控制土壤水分水平,设置2个大气温度水平和3个土壤水分水平,测定灵武长枣果实单果质量、Vc与可溶性糖等的含量,揭示日间大气升温与土壤干旱处理对灵武长枣果实品质的影响.结果表明,大气温度升高(2.0±0.5)℃时,果实中可溶性糖和有机酸含量增加;在土壤中度干旱(田间持水量的50%~60%)水平下,大气升温可显著提高果实中的Vc和黄酮含量;但随着土壤干旱水平加剧,灵武长枣果实着色率、单果质量呈下降趋势,果实糖酸比增大.因此,日间大气温度升高2℃左右时,能提高果实的营养品质;但在土壤严重干旱水平下,大气升温加剧了土壤干旱对灵武长枣果实品质的不利影响.Taking Zizyphus jujuba Mill. Var. Lingwu Long jujube as material, using infrared radiation equipment to control simulating elevated temperature environment, and soil irrigation automatic control system to control soil water levels, this paper studied the effect of elevated air temperature and soil drought stress on fruit quality of Zizyphus jujuba Mill. Var. Lingwu Long jujube based on testing fruit shape and weight of single fruit, fruit Vc content, soluble?sugar content etc. The results showed that elevated daytime air temperature(2±0.5℃) increased the soluble sugar content and organic acid?content,also?increased?the fruit Vc and flavonoid?content under moderate soil drought stress(approximately 50%–55% of maximum soil water content),but as soil drought stress increased, the fruit coloring rate and single fruit weight were decreased, while fruit sugar:acid ratio was increased. So raising air temperature(about 2℃) improved the fruit nutrient quality, but elevated air temperature accelerated the inhibiting effect of drought stress under?severe soil drought stress on fruit quality in the jujube.
