摘　　要：随着经济增长与资源、环境之间矛盾的凸显,优化产业结构布局成为宁夏当前面临的重点任务.分析产业布局演进进程,探讨产业布局演进中存在的问题,并基于区位商研究方法评价三次产业的竞争力水平,判断宁夏五市的优劣势产业,提出宁夏三次产业未来区域布局的重点及优化产业布局的对策.With the contradiction among economic growth and resources 、environment,the adjustment of Industrial Structure Layout has become an important measure in Ningxia,analysing the changes in the industrial structure Layout of existing, combining on the existing problems, the use of the method of location quotient to identify the competitive of three main industries, to judge the disadvantage and advantageous industries,puts forward to the regional layout of three industries in future and policy suggestions to promote the optimization of industrial structure Layout in Ningxia.
