摘　　要：思想政治教育贯穿于高校学生工作的全过程,其在学生就业指导方面充当着"引航员"与"服务员"的角色。当前高校思想政治教育的功能缺失,导致学生在就业过程中出现了各种各样的问题。通过分析这些问题,提出了解决的思路和办法,在此基础上,就职业指导与思想政治教育的贯通问题,对高校就业指导工作中思想政治功能优化的新路径进行了探索。Ideological and political education involves in the whole process of college students affairs,which plays a role of both ＂pilots＂and＂attendants＂in students employment guidance.Lack of the function of ideological and political education has led to the emergence of a variety of problems of students in the course of employment.By analyzing these problems,this paper provides ideas and solutions.Moreover,it also actively explores a new path of function optimization of ideological and political education in college employment guidance.
