摘　　要：主题:随着数字化、网络化技术的迅速发展和高校动画设计专业教育教学观念的不断革新,以培养创新应用型人才为先导的人才培养方式势头愈益强劲,这标志着我国高校动画设计专业已经进入了"互联网+"创新应用型人才培养的新时代。方法:对高校动画设计专业人才培养方式进行了系统研究。结论:适应不同层次的培养模式,设计出创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的高校动画设计专业人才发展理念,以提高高校动画设计专业人才培养的质量。With the rapid development of digital, network technology and innovation of teaching concept of animation design professional in Colleges and universities, the cultivation of innovative talents as the forerunner of the talent cultivation mode has become increasingly strong momentum. This marks that China＇s University of animation design professional has entered the new era of ＂lnternet＋＂. A systematic study is done on the cultivation mode of animation design professionals in Colleges and universities, in order to adapt to different levels of training mode, professional development concept is designed under the concept of design innovation, coordination, green, open and sharing, and improve the quality of the professional training of animation design professionals in Colleges and universities.
