摘 要:渤海油田大部分属于常压储层,由于油田已投产多年,地层压力不断下降,储层压力亏空现象较明显。为对渤海油田压力亏空储层进行砾石充填作业推荐合理作业方式。结合SZ36-1油田砾石充填防砂作业中遇到的问题,分析造成砾石充填防砂过程中脱砂困难甚至无法脱砂的原因。通过综合统计SZ36-1N平台已完成72层砾石充填防砂作业,着重研究压力亏空储层进行高速水充填、微压裂充填、压裂充填等3种砾石充填防砂作业施工特点和脱砂影响因素,实践表明高速水充填时,在施工期间加入0.8 ppg左右的大砂比砂塞是实现脱砂的最有效措施,对于压力亏空储层,再进行微压裂或压裂作业时,排量确定应偏保守,充填系数达到设计量后,尽早进行诱导脱砂。Most Bohai oilfield is the atmospheric reservoir. Since the oil already in operation for many years, formation pressure is decling heavily, reservoir pressure deficit phenomenon is more evident. Through the statistical analysis of SZ36-1N platform 72 gravel pack sand controls, research in reservoir of pressure losses gravel pack sand control key points and construction characteristics, analysis of high speed water filling, micro fracturing filling, fracturing filling sand control effect in the reservoir of pressure losses. This paper focuses on comparing the above three kinds of packing way and the relationship between the success reducing, for the reservoir of pressure losses, when gravel pack sand control of some construction methods so as to improve the efficiency of sand control for Bohai sea of reservoir of pressure losses. Practice shows that the high-speed water filled during construction added about osuna 0.8 ppg than sand plugs are the most effective measures to achieve screenout.For reservoir pressure deficit, when then micro fracturing or fracturing operations, the dis-placement should be determined conservative, after filling factor reaches design capacity, as early as possible to induce screenouts.
