摘  要:为了改善丙烯酰胺类调堵剂耐温耐盐性差及体系常用交联剂如铬盐、酚醛树脂对环境造成污染的不足,提出以丙烯酰胺(AM)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为主剂,壳聚糖(CS)为交联剂,过硫酸钾(K2S2O8)为引发剂,通过水溶液聚合法合成AM/AMPS/CS聚合物凝胶。考察了反应温度(T)、反应时间(t)、各反应单体对体系黏度的影响。确定了最优条件:在150 m L H2O中,AM为10 g,AMPS为1 g,CS为0.1 g,K2S2O8为0.2 g,第一步T1为60℃,t1为2 h,第二步T2为110℃,t2为3 h。通过红外光谱及扫描电镜测试表征了其结构;在矿化度为025×104mg/L时均能成胶且凝胶稳定性良好;岩心实验中封堵率可达86%,可用于高温高盐油藏的调剖堵水。In order to overcome the defect that acrylamide plugging agent is poor heat resistance and salt resistance, and system commonly used crosslinking agent such as chromium salt, phenolic resin would pollute the environment. Using acrylamide(AM) and 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS) as the main agent, the chitosan(CS) as crosslinking agent, potassium persulfate(K2S2O8)as the initiator, AM/AMPS/CS polymer gel is synthesized through aqueous solution polymerization. Reaction temperature(T), reaction time(t), each monomer content on viscosity of the system is determined. The optimum condition is as follows, in 150 m L H2O, AM is 10 g, AMPS is 1 g, CS is 0.1 g, K2S2O8 is 0.2 g, the first step T1 is 60 ℃, t1 is 2 h, the second step T2 is 110 ℃, t2 is 3 h. Its structure tested by infrared spectrum and scanning electron microscopy. In the salt concentration of 0 25 ×104mg/L, it can appear gelation and gel stability is good.The result of the plugging rate test shows that the plugging performance for tap water can reach 86 %, which can be used in water shutoff and profile control in high temperature and high salt reservoir.
