摘 要:黏弹性表面活性剂(VES)自转向酸酸化技术具有配液简单、低伤害的优点,且能够有效的起到缓速、降滤失、自动转向的作用,是一种改造非均质储层的新技术。实验对用WDL-1阳离子表面活性剂配制的鲜酸和酸岩反应阶段的残酸黏度进行了评价。研究发现,WDL-1鲜酸的表观黏度低于8 m Pa·s,易于酸液泵注;WDL-1盐酸体系在与碳酸盐岩反应的过程中,WDL-1酸液的表观黏度随酸岩反应的进行逐渐增大,90℃以下时,酸液的黏度随酸岩反应的进行呈线性增加;在温度为100℃~120℃条件下,酸液的黏度随酸岩反应的进行呈现近乎平稳的趋势,直至盐酸全部反应时酸液黏度才开始升高。WDL-1的加量对WDL-1酸液的表观黏度影响较大,加量越高,黏度越大,同时黏度随酸岩反应进行的变化值也越大。工程实践中,可以根据地层温度,适当调整WDL-1表面活性剂的用量,以满足成本控制的要求。WDL-1酸具有缓速低滤失、易转向等特点,8 wt%WDL-1酸可以满足高温深井的酸化、酸压的需求。Viscoelastic surfactant self-diverting acid technique has numerous advantages such as simple preparation, low formation damage, slow and lower filtration, it is a newly developed reservoir stimulation technique. Fresh acid and reacted acid prepared with WDL-1cationic surfactant have been evaluated. It is found that the apparent viscosity of WDL-1fresh acid is less than 8 m Pa·s and the fresh acid can be easily pump into well. The apparent viscosity of WDL-1 acid gradually increases with acid rock reaction, when temperature is bel ow 90 ℃, the viscosity shows linear growth. The viscosity of acid exhibits an almost steady trend with acid rock reaction and it did not start to rise until p H reaches to 7 at 100 ℃~120 ℃. The quantity of WDL-1 can greatly influence the apparent viscosity of WDL-1 acid,the more WDL-1 added, the greater the viscosity is, moreover, the variation of viscosity is also on the rise. In engineering practice, the amount of WDL-1 can be adjusted according to the formation temperature so as to meet the requirement of cost control. WDL-1 acid has characteristics such as good retarding performance and low filtrate loss, and 8 % WDL-1can match the requirement acidification and acid fracturing of high temperature and deep well.
