基于因子分析的药价虚高的影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的分析药价虚高的影响因素,为切实有效地解决药价虚高的问题提供一定的理论依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法于2015年10月对230名消费者、医疗机构工作者、卫生政策研究者与制订者进行调查,包括性别、年龄、学历、月收入以及药价虚高的影响因素。使用SPSS 20.0统计学软件对数据进行因子分析、回归分析等。结果通过分析,共提取6个药价虚高的影响因素,按照影响大小依次为政府管制、医院管理、企业成本、药品生产流通、消费者药品购买、药品固有属性。结论政府、医院、企业需制订有效措施,切实解决药价虚高的问题。Objective To study the influencing factors of high drug prices, and provide a particular theoretical basis to resolve the high drug prices effectively. Methods A survey of 230 consumers, healthcare professionals and policy-makers and researchers was conducted in October 2015 and utilized the method of stratified sampling, including gender,age, education, income and the influencing factors of high drug prices. Furthermore, the SPSS 20.0 statistics software was used to conduct factor analysis and regression analysis on the data. Results The influencing factors of 6 virtual high drug prices were extracted through the analysis. According to the influences, the orders were arranged as follows：government regulation, hospital management, enterprise cost, drug production and circulation, consumers＇ drugs purchase and drug property. Conclusion The government, hospitals and enterprises need to develop effective measures to effectively solve the problem of high medicine price.
