2013～2014年我院局部用滴眼液药物的利用分析

摘　　要：目的分析2013-2014年北京积水潭医院（以下简称＂我院＂）局部用滴眼液药物的利用情况,促进合理用药。方法收集2013年1月-2014年12月我院计算机药品数据库资料,将局部用滴眼液的药品数据按销售金额、出库数量进行分类、排序,统计我院局部用滴眼液的总体销售情况、进口用药销售金额及占比。结果 2013年全部销售额为158.64万元,2014年全部销售额为237.9万元,2014年销售总额较2013年增加了79.30万元,增长率为50.0%;2013、2014年的销售额前3类均分别为缓解眼干燥及视疲劳、抗炎抗感染、抗青光眼药物;两年间销售金额最多的滴眼液为进口、合资产品,国产比例较低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 2013-2014年我院眼科收治的患者人群主要诊断为炎症、青光眼、眼干燥症等,进口及合资药物使用较多。Objective To study the drug use situation of eye drops in Beijing Jishuitan Hospital（＂our hospital＂ for short） from 2013 to 2014, in order to promote rational drug use. Methods Computer drugs database was collected from January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital. The data of local using eye drops was classified and sorted according to the sales amount and sales quantity. The overall sales, import drugs sales amount and proportion of local use eye drops were analyzed. Results The total sales in 2013 and 2014 were 1 586 400, 2 379 400 yuan, respectively, the sales in 2014 was increased by 793 000 yuan more than that in 2013, the growth rate was 50.0%. The top three sales categories in 2013 and 2014 were relieving eye dry and visual fatigue, anti-infection, anti-glaucoma, respectively. Two years sales amount of eye drops were most from import and joint venture products, domestic proportion was low, with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The main eye diseases of patients in Ophthalmology Department of our hospital from 2013 to 2014 are inflammation, glaucoma, dry eye syndrome, and the usage of import and joint venture drugs is common.
