摘　　要：近年来,我国急性白血病发病率不断上升,临床实践表明,中医药在急性白血病治疗中发挥着不可或缺的作用,"凉血散血"是叶天士根据卫气营血的病机演变,提出温邪入血分的治疗原则。对其进行理论分析,并结合急性白血病贫血、出血、发热的病情变化,探讨其在急性白血病治疗领域的价值。In recent years,the incidence of acute leukemia is rising up in our country. The clinical practice shows that Chinese medicine plays an indispensable role in the progress of acute leukemia prevention. Cold blood scattered blood is according to pathogenesis evolution of Wei Qi Ying Blood of YE Tianshi,the treatment principle of pathogenic heat into the blood system is put forward. Exploring its value in the field of treatment of acute leukemia through theoretic analysis combined with condition changes？ of anemia,hemorrhage,fever of acute leukemia.
