瑶药痹痛消抗类风湿性关节炎作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:寻找经验效方痹痛消产生临床疗效的内在机制。方法:痹痛消治疗类风湿性关节炎模型,观察痹痛消对大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-a)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)含量的变化。结果:与类风湿性关节炎模型组相比,雷公藤片组、大中小剂量的痹痛消组均能有效地抑制促炎细胞因子肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-a)的表达,促进抑炎细胞因子白细胞介素4(IL-4)的表达。结论:经验效方痹痛消治疗类风湿性关节炎具有实验依据,可用于替代雷公藤多苷片的治疗,或与雷公藤多苷片配合治疗以减轻雷公藤多苷片的用量。Objective： To search for internal mechanism of empirical useful prescription Bitongxiao producing clinical effect.Methods： Bitongxiao treated rat Rheumatoid arthritis model. The levels of Tumor necrosis factor alpha（ TNF-a） and Interleukin4（ IL-4） in rat serum were mesured. Results： Compared with the rheumatoid arthritis model group,leigongteng tablets group and Large,medium and small dose Bitongxiao group all could effectively inhibit the expression of proinflammatory cytokines TNF-a and promote the expression of anti inflammatory cytokines IL-4. Conclusion： Empirical useful prescription Bitongxiao curing？rheumatoid arthritis has experimental？ evidence. It can be used instead of the therapy of leigongteng tablets or reduce the dosage of leigongteng tablets combined with the treatment of leigongteng tablets.
