大柴胡汤合桃核承气汤治疗慢性哮喘对肺功能及IgE水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察大柴胡汤合桃核承气汤治疗慢性哮喘对肺功能及IgE水平的影响。方法:选取我院80例慢性哮喘患者为研究对象,抽签随机分为观察组与对照组,两组均为40例,对照组采取沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入干预,观察组在对照组基础上采取大柴胡汤合桃核承气汤治疗,两组均治疗1疗程后评价临床疗效、肺功能变化、IgE水平及用药期间不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗1疗程后总有效率95.00%与对照组77.50%比较显著较高,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组FEV1%、PEF与FEV1分别为(51.97±14.02)%、(56.99±10.25)%、(2.46±1.05)L与对照组(71.86±19.33)%、(76.31±12.85)%、(1.88±1.03)L比较显著较高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IgE为(51.64±7.85)IU·ml^(-1)与对照组(85.66±10.25)IU·ml^(-1)比较显著较低(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未见肝肾功能异常及其他明显不良反应。结论:大柴胡汤合桃核承气汤治疗慢性哮喘效果显著,可改善患者肺功能,降低IgE水平,且与西药联合治疗未见明显不良反应,临床应用安全可靠。Objective： To observe the effect of Dachaihu Decoction and Taohe Chengqi Decoction in the treatment of chronic asthma on pulmonary function and IgE level. Methods： 80 patients with chronic asthma in our hospital were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group,with 40 cases in each group. The controlled group received salmeterol and fluticasone propionate inhalant intervention. Based on this,the observation group was treated with Dachaihu Decoction and Taohe Chengqi Decoction. 1 course of treatment later,the clinical curative effects,changes of pulmonary function,IgE levels and adverse reactions during medication in the two groups were evaluated. Results： 1 course of treatment later,the total effective rate of the observation group（ 95. 00%） was significantly higher than that in the controlled group（ 77. 50%）（ P〈0. 05）; after the treatment,the FEV1%（ 51. 97± 14. 02） %,PEF（ 56. 99± 10. 25） % and FEV1（ 2. 46±1. 05） L of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the controlled group [（ 71. 86±19. 33） %,（ 76. 31±12. 85） %,（ 1. 88±1. 03） L]（ P〈0. 05）; after the treatment,the IgE（ 51. 64±7. 85） IU·ml^-1of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the controlled group [（ 85. 66±10. 25） IU·ml^-1]（ P〈0. 05）; there were no pulmonary function disfunction and other obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion： The effect of Dachaihu Decoction and Taohe Chengqi Decoction in the treatment of chronic asthma is significant. They can improve the pulmonary function of patients and reduce the IgE level. Combined with western medicine for treatment has no obvious adverse reactions and clinical application is safe and reliable.
