加减金沸草散治疗感染后咳嗽(风痰宿肺证)65例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加减金沸草散治疗感染后咳嗽(风痰宿肺证)的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的门诊感染后咳嗽(风痰宿肺证)患者129例,随机分为治疗组(65例)和对照组(64例),对照组给予复方甲氧那明胶囊,治疗组给予加减中药金沸草散汤剂治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、咳嗽积分及不良反应等指标,评价治疗前后疗效。结果:经治疗后,治疗组在降低咳嗽积分显著优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组的总有效率为89.23%(临床控制25例,显效21例,有效12例,无效7例);对照组总有效率为64.06%(临床控制14例,显效21例,有效12例,无效7例)。治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:金沸草散治疗感染后咳嗽(风痰宿肺证)疗效显著。Objective： To observe the effect of using Modified Jinfeicao Powder in the treatment of cough after infection（ wind phlegm and persistent pulmonary syndrome）. Methods： 129 patients were connected that met the diagnostic criteria of clinic infection cough（ wind phlegm persistent lung syndrome）,were randomly divided into treatment group（ 65 cases） and controlled group（ 64 cases）,the controlled group was treated with compound methoxy phenamine gelatine capsules,the treatment group was given addition and subtraction of Chinese medicine Jinfeicao Powder for the treatment. To observe the clinical effect of the two groups before and after treatment,cough score and adverse reactions and other indicators,evaluation of the efficacy of treatment before and after treatment. Results： After treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89. 23%（ 12 cases of clinical control,21 cases markedly effective,7 cases effective,cases）,the total effective rate of the controlled group was 64. 06%（ 12 cases were effective,21 cases were effective,7 cases）. The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： It has obvious effect of using Jinfeicao Powder in treating cough after infection（ wind phlegm and persistent pulmonary syndrome）.
