弧形皮桥短缩合外剥内扎术治疗重度环状混合痔临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨一种较理想的治疗重度环状混合痔的手术方式。方法:将120例重度环状混合痔患者随机分成2组,观察组采用弧形皮桥短缩合外剥内扎术,对照组采用传统的外剥内扎术,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组治愈率(96%)与对照组治愈率(93%)之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在愈合时间、术后疼痛、出血、肛缘水肿、肛门皮赘残留等方面有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:该手术方式是一种合理的治疗重度环状混合痔的方法,具有较好的临床推广价值。Objective： To discuss a kind of ideal surgical procedure for the treatment of severe circumferential mixed hemorrhoid. Methods： A total of 120 patients with severe circumferential mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 patients in observation group took arc skin plastic surgery combined milligan-morgan surgery,and the other 60 patients took milligan-morgan surgery in the controlled group. Comparing the two groups of clinical efficacy. Results： The difference between the cure rate of the two groups without statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. The complications including healing time,pain,edema,urine retention and anal skin flabby residues were significantly different in the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The operation method is a reasonable method for the treatment of severe circumferential mixed hemorrhoid,which is worth of popularizing.
