摘 要:设计了一套基于光声光谱气体检测系统,通过单片机实现光源频率调节和信号传输、温度控制等,并设计了基于delphi的上位机控制界面。该系统可通过计算机实现仪器的控制、数据的采集、显示及处理,并研究了温度和压力对检测系统输出结果的影响。在合理控制约束条件的前提下,对CO_2气体进行了标定和浓度测量。实验结果表明所设计的分析平台线性度高、重复性好,具有广泛的应用前景。A gas concentration detection system based on photoacoustic spectroscopy was developed and the upper computer interface was designed by Delphi. The frequency of light source,signal transmission and temperature can be controlled through a single-chip computer. The controlling and data acquisition,processing and display were realized by this system. Besides,results of the influence of environment temperature and gas pressure were shown in this article. According to the results of calibration and measurement of carbon dioxide under the reasonable control of the constraints,some performance indicators of the detection platform are calculated,such as linearity and good repeatability and it can be widely used.
