摘  要:该报告重点介绍了海量遥感数据处理技术的国内外研究现状的调研结果及课题在其中的关键技术研究上的进展。课题在第一年的研究中主要在海量遥感数据处理的地形辐射校正、大气校正、图像去噪及优化处理等三个方向上取得了技术上的突破。首先课题针对实际需求提出了新的地形辐射校正算法,该算法能满足地形辐射校正的一般性技术要求,并能减少人工干预,从而适应海量数据处理中对算法自动化的要求。课题开发了能够自动化运行的复杂背景下的地表反射率反演技术,为解决海量遥感数据处理中大气校正的问题提供了技术基础。课题提出的图像去噪及优化算法能够极大程度的提高遥感数据质量,并能满足自动化运行要求。课题在以上关键技术上取得的进展为最终实现海量遥感数据自动化处理奠定了良好基础。In this technical report we highlighted the result of an investigation on the latest development on processing massive remote sensing data and the progress we have made on some key technologies in this field. In the first year, our team made breakthrough on technologies in three directions, including topographic correction, atmospheric correction, and image d enoising and optimization. First, we have developed a new topographic correction algorithm based on needs of users. The algorithm can satisfy the normal requirements for topographic correction while reduce human interventions. Therefore, it can be built into an automatic process for batch processing of massive data. The algorithm for land surface reflectance inversion under complex backgrounds developed by our team ca-n be executed automatically, which provides an 'answer for automating the atmospheric correction process. We also developed an image denoising and optimization method which can be run automatically and can improve the quality of remote sensing data significantly. All those advancements in key technologies achieved by us lay a good base for realizing automatic batch processing of massive remote sensing data.
