牙周基础治疗对侵袭性牙周炎患者唾液和龈沟液中牙周致病菌的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨牙周基础治疗对侵袭性牙周炎患者唾液和龈沟液中牙周致病菌的作用。方法方便选取2014年3月—2015年6月该院收治的64例侵袭性牙周炎患者作为该研究的对象,全部患者均予以牙周基础治疗,回顾性分析患者唾液与龈沟液内牙周致病菌治疗前后的检出情况。结果 64例患者唾液中的Aa、Pg、Tf、Td、Pi以及Fn在治疗前后的检出率分别是43.7%、100%、87.5%、81.3%、56.3%、100%和18.7%、56.3%、25%、31.2%、25%、43.7%;龈沟液中的Aa、Pg、Tf、Td、Pi以及Fn在治疗前后的检出率分别是17.2%、95.3%、75%、84.3%、40.6%、56.2%和7.8%、75%、14.1%、21.4%、15.6%、23.4%;治疗后唾液与龈沟液内Aa、Pg、Tf、Td、Pi以及Fn牙周致病菌的检出率均要明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论侵袭性牙周炎应用牙周基础治疗能够在短时间内将唾液与龈沟液中牙周致病菌维持在低水平。Objective To discuss the effect of periodental non-surgical treatment on periodontal pathogens in saliva and gingival crevicular fluid in patients with aggressive periodontitis. Methods 64 cases of patients with aggressive periodontitis admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the research objects, and all patients were treated with periodental non-surgical treatment, and the detection situations of periodontal pathogens in saliva and gingival crevicular fluid in patients before and after treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 64 cases, the detection rates of Aa, Pg, Tf, Td, Pi and Fn in saliva before and after treatment were respectively 43.7%, 100%, 87.5%, 81.3%,56.3%, 100% and 18.7%, 56.3%, 25%, 31.2%, 25%, 43.7%, and the detection rates of Aa, Pg, Tf, Td, Pi in gingival crevicular fluid before and after treatment were respectively 17.2%, 95.3%, 75%, 84.3%, 40.6%, 56.2% and 7.8%, 75%, 14.1%,21.4%, 15.6%,23.4%, the detection rates of Aa, Pg, Tf, Td, Pi and Fn periodontal pathogens in saliva and gingival crevicular fluid after treatment were obviously lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The non-surgical treatment for aggressive periodontitis can make the periodontal pathogens in saliva and gingival crevicular fluid remain at a low level in a short time.
