摘　　要：目的研究分析高血压出血术后继发脑梗塞的原因和预防治疗。方法方便选取2013年10月—2014年10月该院80例高血压出血术后继发脑梗塞患者,对80例患者的临床资料展开回顾性分析。结果该组患者死亡6例,ADL I级15例,II级25例,III级20,IV级12例,V级8例。结论高血压出血术后继发脑梗塞是多种因素综合作用引起的,需加强预防,及早治疗,有效的预防和治疗对患者生存质量的提高有积极的作用。Objective To research and analyze the cause and preventive treatment of the secondary cerebral infarction after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of patients with secondary cerebral infarction after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.Results In this group, 6 cases died, ADL of I-level was in 15 cases, ADL of II-level was in 25 cases, ADL of III-level was in 20 cases, ADL of IV-level was in 12 cases, ADL of V-level was in 8 cases. Conclusion The secondary cerebral infarction after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is caused by the comprehensive effect of various factors, we should enhance its prevention and treatment as early as possible, the effective prevention and treatment has a positive effect on the improvement of the survival quality of patients.
